Tuve una experiencia extraordinaria con OverDrive Automotive Tulsa, gracias al excepcional servicio de Lenin Salgado adquirí mi GMC Terrain 2022.Lenin fue increíblemente profesional y paciente, ayudándome a entender a fondo el funcionamiento del crédito y guiándome para encontrar la mejor opción.. Su atención personalizada y conocimiento hicieron que el proceso de compra fuera sencillo y confiable. Para quien busque una experiencia de compra de calidad recomiendo ampliamente acercarse con Lenin.Sin embargo, un área de oportunidad para el negocio es su departamento de mantenimiento. Dejé mi vehículo un par de veces para mantenimiento y la comunicación fue deficiente, sin informar el status ni tiempo de entrega y no fueron muy cuidadosos al tratar el vehiculo. Si logran mejorar este aspecto, OverDrive podría ser fácilmente uno de los mejores dealers de Tulsa.A pesar de esto, mi experiencia con Lenin y el equipo de ventas fue de primera.
